Series of infographics created with the Monterey Bay Aquarium to illustrate key concepts of marine science such as upwelling, whale and shorebird migration, sea otter ranges, kelp forests around the world, a Monterey Canyon vs. Grand Canyon comparison, local marine research organizations, and the San Andreas Fault.
These illustrations are featured in a permanent exhibition on the observation deck on site at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and used as a visual aid to help interpreters discuss these concepts with Aquarium visitors. Some of the final illustrations were later animated in-house to further illustrate these concepts.
